What can I expect at the event?
Cleopatra – The Immersive Exhibition is a large-scale experience that combines archaeology, historical research, and advanced digital technology to explore the life, reign, and legacy of Cleopatra, the last queen of ancient Egypt. The exhibition blends archaeological artifacts with holograms, 360º film projections, virtual reality, a freely explorable digital metaverse, and interactive installations. Visitors embark on a journey back to the 1st century BC, accompanied by rich historical storytelling, curatorial expertise, and the latest immersive techniques.

Where can I get tickets?
In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store. On the Fever website.
Can I buy tickets on site?
There will be a box office at the venue. However, tickets may be sold out before your arrival, so we strongly recommend booking in advance to guarantee your spot. Tickets can be purchased via the Fever App or website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, tickets can be transferred free of charge. Simply tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Contact us if you need assistance, and have your ticket order number ready.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You can access your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same account you used to purchase your ticket. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
Check the "Tickets" section of the Fever App. If you don't have it installed, download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure to log in with the same account used for purchase. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket or get a refund?
Tickets can generally be changed to another date up to 48 hours before the event. More information is available in our terms and conditions.
Can I make a group booking?

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled time?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time indicated on your ticket.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
No, dogs are not allowed, except for trained service dogs that must accompany you. The venue is dark, has sound and light effects, and likely children will be moving around — not ideal for dogs.

Are there tickets for caregivers?
Guests with disabilities must show a disability ID. With a disability ID marked with "B," the accompanying person gets free entry — no ticket required.

This is a walking tour, but some seating is available if you need a short break.

Yes, you are welcome to take photos and share them. Please avoid disturbing other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.

Is there an age restriction?
All ages are welcome! Children up to 6 years can attend for free. Note: strollers/prams are not allowed inside.
